Sport Registrations Winter 2024

• Please click the button for the sport you wish to register for. This will take you to a Google form with details about the sport. and the registration questions.
• Fill in the online form making sure you press the submit button at the end.
• You may repeat this process if you wish to register more than one child, or more than one sport.
• Lisa will receive all the information digitally and will then be able to make up teams
